Het Bolwerk
Iconic Buildings
Het Bolwerk is a pop stage for contemporary music in Sneek . The stage is part of Cultural Quarter Sneek .The stage is named after the bastion Het Bolwerk , near the stage. The Bolwerk is located on the Kerkgracht , next to the Noorderkerk and is located in the former Bolwerkschool . The stage was founded in the 1970s and, viewed nationally, is a medium-sized stage. The building was completely renovated in 2009 .

Historical Museum Bevelanden is a majestic museum focusing on the history of North and South Beveland. The museum has permanent exhibitions about the militia , reclamation and flooding, samplers , Beveland traditional costume , the orphanage, the city of Goes and famous Bevelanders. There is also a changing exhibition. The museum is located in a former monastery, which also served as an orphanage for a long time.

Hollandsche Hoeve is a recreation park in the Dutch city of Goes . The park is located on the north side of the city. This park comprises of a petting zoo , which also houses the Environmental Education Center, playground, botanical garden,mini golf, swimming pool and various sports halls.
Reptile Zoo Iguana is a foundation that collects and exhibits reptiles , amphibians and arthropods. The shelter was opened to the public on May 19, 1982. The animals come from ports and airports, among other places. There they are confiscated if they are illegally smuggled into the Netherlands.

The Kop van Schouwen is a Natura 2000 area in the 'dunes' category on the west side of Schouwen-Duiveland between Burgh-Haamstede and Renesse in the Dutch province of Zeeland . The area has been classified as a protected natural monument since 1978 and as a state natural monument since 1988. The varied landscape is an important habitat for many protected species.
Krabbenkreek

The Krabbenkreek is a body of water between the former islands of Tholen and Sint Philipsland in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It flows into the Mastgat in the west and on the east it ended in the former Eendracht, the present -day Scheldt-Rhine Canal. The Krabbenkreekdam was constructed in 1972 for shipping on this canal.

The Manteling van Walcheren is a Natura 2000 area in the 'dunes' category on the Kop van Walcheren in Zeeland between Domburg and the Veerse Gatdam . The nature reserve is approximately 740 hectares in size and consists of country estates, forests and low-lime dunes with wet dune valleys, dune grasslands and dune shrubbery. The Oranjezon dune area is also an integral part of the Natura 2000 area.
The Marie Tak van Poortvliet Museum in the Zeeland city of Domburg is a museum for visual arts . The museum organizes exhibitions two or three times a year and has a sculpture garden and a modest collection of its own that is not on permanent display. The museum is housed in a replica designed by Cees Dam in 1994 of the original exhibition room, which Marie Tak van Poortvliet had built and which housed a large number of artists.

This is a majestic former Premonstratensian abbey in Middelburg, the Netherlands. At one time it was the centre of a large monastic complex.The origins of the abbey go back to the early twelfth century or earlier. Today parts of what survives are used for a museum and as offices. Located approximately 65 km west of Bergen op Zoom, Middelburg is the principal town and regional capital of Zeeland in the Netherlands.

Mini Mundi is a family amusement park in Middelburg that opened its doors on May 15, 2009. It is part of Zep Leisure Park Middelburg and is located at the Podium in the Mortierepolder. It is a continuation of the former Miniature Walcheren , which was located on the Molenwater in the middle of the city.

The Museum Goemanszorg is a museum in Dreister in a restored 18th century farmhouse. In the museum you can see a fully furnished farmhouse from around 1900 with a dignified, authentic cellar, a bestée , a kitchen and an opkaemer. A beautiful garden has been created around the museum with old agricultural crops, kruujen and 'oogstamfruit trees. The large barn is full of work for the cultivation of flax and madder.

Natuurgebied de Pluimpot

Pluimpot is the name of a nature reserve in the Zeeland municipality of Tholen. The area was created after the last part of the Pluimpot was dammed in 1957 as part of the Delta Works . It is located south of Sint Maartensdijk . The area measures 27 ha and is managed by Staatsbosbeheer. It is a foraging and breeding area for birds such as oystercatcher , avocet and common tern.

Oranjezon is a Dutch nature reserve of approximately 400 hectares on the Zeeland Walcheren near Vrouwenpolder. Until 1995 it was used as a water extraction area. The area provided drinking water for Middelburg and later Walcheren ; an open water extraction channel was dug for this purpose as part of the employment provision. Although the area no longer serves as a water extraction area, the pumping station of the same name is still being maintained.
Neeltje Jans

Neeltje Jans is an artificial island in the Netherlands in the province of Zeeland. It is approximately 285 hectares and is located halfway through the Oosterscheldekering between Schouwen and Noord-Beveland. After the construction, a fun park with attractions and other various expositions were built on the island, which are now connected to the shore through the dam. Another addition of the island is a nature reserve.

Noord-Beveland is a beautiful island and also a municipality and region in the Dutch province of Zeeland . The island is located north of Walcheren and Zuid-Beveland and is connected to them by two dams. In between is the Veerse Meer. It is one of the least populated areas in the Netherlands.

The Philipsdam is part of the Delta Works . With the construction of the Philipsdam, the Krammer and Volkerak waters were immediately closed off from the Oosterschelde . The Philipsdam runs from the Grevelingendam to Sint Philipsland - after which the dam is named - and is signposted as N257.
Plan Tureluur

The Plan Tureluur is a nature reserve on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It was constructed between 1991-2014 on the south coast of Schouwen-Duiveland. In order to create the nature reserve, agricultural land was returned to nature. The whole covers more than 1000 hectares and is part of the Oosterschelde National Park. The area is located south of the Delingsdijk and lies on both sides of the N59.

Plompetoren on Schouwen-Duveland was a village for a long time, called Kouuwekerke. Bie laeg waeter you can still see the streets, where they go. And also the traske e ka-je still see. Trasse see water tanks, where the water runs from the gutters - there used to be gin water pipes. That city has perished, because those people have such pride: the horses ran with golden horseshoes
