Pluimpot is the name of a nature reserve in the Zeeland municipality of Tholen. The area was created after the last part of the Pluimpot was dammed in 1957 as part of the Delta Works . It is located south of Sint Maartensdijk . The area measures 27 ha and is managed by Staatsbosbeheer. It is a foraging and breeding area for birds such as oystercatcher , avocet and common tern.
