The Naviduct Krabbersgat allows traffic on the N307 motorway to cross without hindrance with water traffic between the Markermeer and IJsselmeer . The motorway runs under the water, at a depth of 10.8 m below Normal Amsterdam Level. There is a lock between the waterways. This allows boats to sail to and from the Markermeer and IJsselmeer.
