Panambur Beach

Raja's Seat

Raja's seat is a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. A mountain peak in Kodagu district surrounded by Pushpagiri wildlife sanctuary. Well known for trekking. Pushpagiri is the highest peak in Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary in the Western Ghats of Karnataka.

Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary

The bird sanctuary named after Sri Ranganatha Swamy is an island on the river Cauvery and it is spread on an area of 40 acres. the sanctuary includes 6 islands and was declared as a bird sanctuary in 1940.

Savandurga Trek

Considered to be among the largest monolith hills in Asia. The hill rises to 1226 m above sea level and consists of peninsular gneiss, granites, basic dikes and laterites

Shanthi Sagara

Also called as"Sulekere" is the Asia's second largest irrigation tank located in ht heart of Davangere.

Sleeping Buddha Hill

The hill is made up of four small hills that gives the impression of sleeping Buddha when viewed horizontally in southwest direction.

Sri Chamundeshwari Devi Temple

Named after the goddess Chamundi. This temple situated at the top of the Chamundi hill. The main hill itself features an ancient stone stairway of 1008 steps. We can see the entire Mysuru city from this hilltop.

Sultan Battery

A watchtower constructed in 1784 by Tipu Sultan. Constructed with mounted cannons, it was used to obstruct British warships from entering Mangalore by sea.
