About Raja's Seat
Raja's seat is a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. A mountain peak in Kodagu district surrounded by Pushpagiri wildlife sanctuary. Well known for trekking. Pushpagiri is the highest peak in Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary in the Western Ghats of Karnataka.
Attractions near Raja's Seat
one of the interesting places for sightseeing in Coorg built in the last quarter of the 17th century by Mudduraja. It was first built in the last quarter of 17th century by Mudduraja. There was a palace built inside the fort as well.
An ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva which was constructed in a mix of gothic and Islamic styles. Omkareshwara Temple was built by Lingarajendra in 1820 CE. The Shivalinga installed inside the temple is believed to be brought from Kashi.
