Les Saisies is a ski resort located in the Savoie départment of France. It is 30 km from Albertville, host of the 1992 Winter Olympics. For those games, the resort hosted the biathlon and cross-country skiing events. The resort also has alpine skiing trails for use and forms part of the Espace Diamant skiing region. Les Saisies organized the 2014 European Company Sports Games.

The Elisabetta Soldini Montanaro refuge is a refuge located in the municipality of Courmayeur, at the bottom of Val Veny, in the Graian Alps, at 2,195 m asl. It was built in 1953. Thirty years later, in 1983, it was significantly expanded. It is named after the hiker Elisabetta Soldini Montanaro, who tragically died in the mountains. It is the stopping point of the Alta via Della Valle d'Aosta n. 2, trail hiking in the Valle d'Aosta.

The Little St Bernard Pass is a mountain pass in the Alps on the France–Italy border. Its saddle is at 2188 meters above sea level. It is located between Savoie, France, and Aosta Valley, Italy, to the south of the Mont Blanc Massif, exactly on the main alpine watershed. There is also a Great St. Bernard Pass, famous for giving St Bernard breed its name, and a San Bernardino Pass.

The Dômes de Miage is a mountain of the Mont Blanc Alps in the Graian Alps. It is located along the borderline between Italy and France. The mountain is made up of five peaks that unfold on a ridge about three kilometers long. Starting from the east and from the border with Italy is the highest peak; going west there is a second elevation.

The Lake Miage is a small pool of water that is located in Valle d'Aosta at 2020 m above sea level at the foot of the massif of Mont Blanc, in Val Veny. Its waters are fed by the homonymous glacier. Characteristic of the lake is the interesting and spectacular phenomenon that has occurred for over two centuries: the detachment of icebergs from the ice cliff in contact with the lake.

Les Arcs is a ski resort located in Savoie, France, in the Tarentaise Valley town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Initially created by Robert Blanc and Roger Godino, it is a part of the huge Paradiski system which is under ownership by Compagnie des Alpes, a French-listed company owning several other ski resorts as well as theme parks.
