The Maritime Center Abraham Fock is a museum in Hollum on the Wadden Island of Ameland . In the museum you can find a collection about navigation , radio communication and rescue operations. About fourteen times a year a demonstration is given from the center in which ten horses pull the lifeboat towards the beach southwest of Hollum. Paardengraf Ameland is a grave for horses at Hollum on Ameland in the Dutch province of Friesland. The horses are buried in the dunes on the east side of the Lifeboat Path.
