This is a health and beauty shop with lots of fantastic beauty and bath goods selection. The building is beautiful and smells like all kind of spices, flowers and fruits!&nbsp;

Thereis garden in front which looks Mediterranean, with a view of the beautiful Amman city&nbsp;

Trinitae

The entire city was mostly built up by romans in 6th and 7th century BC. There are huge ruins of ancient Roman temples, churches, mosques, bath houses, Roman theatres and so on.&nbsp;

Do not miss this place if you are in Jordan, it&#39;s only an hour drive from capital Amman. And also, the structures and the whole area of the ancient city is very large so you will have to walk around three to four hours to really know the place. This is one of the most amazing places I have ever been.

Jerash Museum

Petra is something else all together. So unique, and one of the best places I have ever been to.

The ancient city was built by the Nabataeans thousands of years ago for trade. Nabataeans were nomads, Petra was the city were they used to trade with each other from different parts of the nearby world.

The place is filled with tombs, palaces, temples, and the placement of them carved on tall, huge mountains is a sight to behold. The tunnel like passage called &#39;siq&#39; through which you will enter the city itself is so magnificent.

There are many interesting spots inside this large ancient city- treasury, temple of sacrifice, monastery, palace, royal catacombs etc and each of them will need separate hikes to get to them.

Each of the spots can be accessed either by hiking or by renting donkeys/ horses/ camels. The hike is qmaamaz, which we did but they are not easy hikes. Also, the place is filled with people trying to sell you artefacts, trying to rent out animals as taxis- it can get super annoying. Be prepared for that.

All in all, this place is a must visit. The shear history and the magnificence and the brilliance of the place will dazzle anyone and everyone. You can plan to spend 1-3 days here. Atleast two are required to checkout all that has to offer by Petra.

Petra

Wadi Rum is desert of mountains. The place is literally filled with thousands of tall, vast mountains and looks more like that of a scene from Mars and not earth.

This is a protected area and home to the Bedouin tribes. You can visit the place and stay in camps of the tribes. The booking is available through booking.travalour.com or through any other hotel booking sites. In addition to the stay, many other activities such as rock climbing, hiking, camel and horse riding, vehicle safari etc can be done here. We did the safari and the guide took us through many features of the desert such as the sand dunes, arch&#39;s, sunset points, white and red sand deserts, gorges and so on.

This place is synonym with Lawrence of Arabia as he wandered through here. We saw the house in which he stayed during his time here, and the spring from which he used to take water.

Wadi Rum, millions of years ago was under sea. The signs of it still can be seen on the tall mountains here- the top portion of them are white while the majority of the bottom are red. And as the place was once a sea, there are white sands making white coloured desert and then there is red desert due to the sand originated from the mountains getting&nbsp; deposited at its bottom overtime.

And be prepared for extreme cold. There will be super shiny sun throughout the day but still will be very cold at the shadowy places. At night, the temperature goes very down so be prepared for that too. And like all the other deserts, the sky is super clear with so many stars at night and you will still be able to see most of the desert in moonlight.

Wadi Rum

This large crusaders castle sits on the edge of a mountain, with stunning views of the towns below.

The castle is separated from rest of the mountain by a moat and it is mostly in ruins. Most parts of the castle that is viewable from the groud is damaged but underneath the top, there are long stretches of dungeons, chambers and huge rooms. This castle was constructed in 1100&#39;s and played an important rule in controlling the trade routes in the area. There is a long history of sieges and battles fought to take control of this fort.

In addition the the castle, there is a museum as well functioning at the place. We were there on a friday, so the museum was not open, but the castle was.
