We drove up to Hatta at 8am from Dubai to hike one or two of the hiking trails. The ride to Hatta takes about 90 minutes depending on where you are in the city. The Hatta Wadi Hub offers all kinds of activities such as mountain biking, axe throwing and lots of other things. They also designed a hiking map with a huge variety of difficulty levels for your trekking adventure. We followed a combination of easy and medium difficult trails. When it got too hot we climed downward again and drove to the dam. Because of the colour of the water it is a magnificent sight to see. If you have time you can also rent a kayak, a horse or a bicycle to explore the scenery.
