The Bolaven Plateau is one of the little-known highlights of southern Laos. It’s a region filled with tribal villages, traditional coffee farms, and some of Laos’ most spectacular waterfalls. The plateau's elevation ranges approximately from 1,000 to 1,350 metres above sea level. The plateau is crossed by several rivers and has many scenic waterfalls.
