Jatashankar Temple is a natural cave and Hindu shrine located north of Pachmarhi. It is located in a deep ravine with enormous boulders perched above. It also contains animals from the Himalayan peaks and from the lower western ghats. UNESCO designated it as a biosphere reserve in 2009.
