The oldest gallery in Kuwait. This place is living history with over forty years of exhibiting contemporary art. It opened in 1969 and shows Arab art but also once brought Andy Warhol to Kuwait in 1977. The owners also invited architects like George Candilis, IM Pei, Sasaki to visit the country. The space is small and will move soon again. It is best to check their instagram account @sultangallery regularly. I would give it five stars but th opening times are the only thing that keeping me away from it. Sundays to Thursdays 10am – 4pm (Closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays)
