Kalady Bridge

Sort of an island under Kalady Bridge, with river Periyar flowing on all sides. You have to cross the river through a narrow stone laden path which is submerged under water. The road is filled with mud so beware of your vehicles sliding off. Also, some sign boards were mentioning that the area is snake infested. While we were there, there was a beautiful movie set laden for the Malayalam movie "Minnal Murali" but two days later it was vandalised.
