The site of Agroha is traditionally believed to be the Capital of the legendry king Maharaja Agrasena of Agrawal community. Brahma Sarovar is an ancient water pool sacred to Hinduism in Thanesar, in the state of Haryana in North India. Hinduism lays emphasis on taking bath for internal and external purity. Most religious sites have water pools or sarovar in or near the Hindu temple and Sikh gurdwara. The Hindu genealogy registers at Kurukshetra, Haryana are kept here.

A visit to Panchkula is incomplete without making a trip to the Cactus Garden. Officially known as National Cactus and Succulent Botanical Garden and Research Centre, the garden is Asia’s biggest garden devoted to rare and endangered species having more than 3,500 species. Genus Caralluma of Indian origin are seen here with some of the endangered species. Collection of Indian succulents here is considered the largest in the world.

The Bhor Saidan Crocodile Breeding Centre is located 22 km from Kurukshetra and 13 km from Thanesar at Bhor Saidan village, also spelled as Bhour Saidan or Bhoor Saiydan, on the Kurukshetra-Pehowa road near Bhureeshwar Temple, one of the pilgrimage sites in Kurukshetra in the Indian state of Haryana.

"Death Valley" is a collection of 7 abandoned mines, which later naturally filled with crystal blue water, in Suraj Kund Faridabad. Yadavindra Gardens, also known as Pinjore Gardens, is a historic 17th century garden located in Pinjore city of Panchkula district in the Indian state of Haryana. It is an example of the Mughal Gardens architectural style, which was renovated by the Patiala Dynasty Jat Sikh Rulers.
