A beautiful mountain chain which was located in Jura in the swiss canton of Aargau. One of the challenging trekking destination and also there are so many viewpoints too. The mountain is forested on the south ridge and separated from the plateau on the north side by a steep rock face. The ridge extends from the summit over the Hintere Fluh to the Veltheimerberg.
The Strihe is an 867 m above sea level. M. high mountain in the Aargau Jura . It is considered to be the highest mountain in the canton of Aargau. This is not is the highest point in Canton, which with 908 meters on the Geissfluegrat is , nor is it the highest peak in the Canton, which with 872 meters on the Bull Mountain is located. Both the Strihe and the neighboring Asperstrihe are in the area of the municipality of Densbüren.
The Wasserflue is a mountain of the Jura, located north of Erlinsbach in the canton of Aargau. It lies on the range east of the Salhöhe Pass. An antenna is located on the summit. It is one of the famous and picturesque locations and also the views from here are truly astonishing. Trekking is allowed here but beware of your every foot.
The Wisenberg tower near Häfelfingen is situated at 1001 meters above sea level, is 24.5 meters high, and is a prominent landmark in the area. It offers a wonderful panoramic view over the Homburgertal and Basel region, across the central plateau, and as far as the Alps. It is one of the beautiful locations in this area and it offers nice trekking too.
