Al Jazirah Al Hamra is a town located in the south of the city of Ras Al Khaimah Emirate and It is known for its abandoned houses and buildings and it is widely believed by locals as haunted. The town was ruled by an Arabian tribe called Za’ab or Al Zaabi, which had to move to Abu Dhabi after a dispute with the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.

Dhayah Fort is a fortress built in the 18th century in Al Rams, Ras Al Khaimah. It is the highest hilltop fort in the UAE and also the last bastion of the local fighters against the British expedition in the early years of the 18 century.

It was a former palace of emarite ruling family the Royal Al Qasimi Family until the early 1960s. It exhibits artefacts relating to natural history, pearl diving, farming and fishing, weapons belonging to the ruling family, crafts of previous centuries and other archaeology artefacts.
