The Maha Bandula Park or Maha Bandula Garden is a public park, located in downtown Yangon. The park is named after General Maha Bandula who fought against the British in the First Anglo-Burmese War.
The park contains a beautiful fountain with white elephants, Many plants, trees, and flowers can be found in this area.
The Yangon Zoo is the oldest and the second largest zoo in Myanmar. The zoo has 145 species of land animals,including 8 endangered species.
