The Schœlcher museum is a museum located in Guadeloupe in the old district of Pointe-à-Pitre, at 24 rue Peynier. It houses a collection composed in particular of objects that belonged to the French journalist and politician Victor Schœlcher who was the defender of the definitive abolition of slavery in France. The building is partially listed as a historical monument in 1979.
