The Regional Nature Park of the Northern Vosges boasts a rich natural heritage that has hills and landscapes dotted with glades and lakes. The Haut-Barr Castle is a medieval castle in ruins located in the French town of Saverne, in the department of Bas-Rhin. It has been classified as a historical monument since October 1874. The Champ du Feu is the highest point of the Bas-Rhin at Ban de la Roche, at an altitude of 1,098 meters, on the bans of the communes of Belmont and Hohwald. In winter, the place is suitable for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. It is also an ideal location for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. You can have a nice time here and the view from the top is truly impressive.
