The Muséoparc Alesia is a museum and exhibition center at Alise-Sainte-Reine in the Côte-d'Or department in the Région Burgundy in France. The center opened on March 23, 2012. The Château de Châteauneuf, also known as the Château de Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, is a 15th-century fortress in the commune of Châteauneuf, 43 km from Dijon, in the Côte-d'Or département of France. It is a vast stone building, 75 metres in length and 35 metres broad, situated on a rocky outcrop 475 metres above the surrounding plains. It dominates the valley of Canal de Bourgogne.

Morvan Regional Natural Park is a protected area of woodlands, lakes, and traditional farmland in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of central France. It covers a total area of 285,000 hectares and extends through four different departments with the majority being in Nièvre. The area was officially designated as a regional natural park in 1970.
