The Engelbergertal is a 25 km long valley in central Switzerland . The valley extends over the three Swiss cantons of Obwalden , Nidwalden and Uri and is traversed by the Engelberger Aa . Maria Rickenbach Monastery is a Benedictine monastery of Religious Sisters. It is situated in the village of Niederrickenbach in the municipality of Oberdorf in the Swiss canton of Nidwalden. The Stanserhorn is a mountain in Switzerland, located in the canton of Nidwalden near to the border with Obwalden, with the peak at 1,898 metres above sea level. It is a popular tourist destination, which can be reached from the adjacent town of Stans by a funicular railway and cable car, or via walking routes from Stans or Dallenwil.
