Phu Sang National Park is a national park in Northern Thailand. It is located in one of the north-easternmost mountain chains of the Phi Pan Nam Range bordering Laos. The sources of many rivers are in these mountains. The park also has caves with stalactites and stalagmites and a warm water waterfall, Namtok Wang Kaew.

The Wat Phra That Si Chom Thong is one of the oldest and most highly revered temples in North Thailand. According to local legend the Buddha once visited the hill where the temple now stands. The temple that is officially named Wat Phra That Si Chom Thong Worawihan is very highly revered, because of the sacred Buddha relic that is enshrined here.

This bizarre-looking white temple located about five km south of Chiang Rai City is the brainchild of Chiang Rai-born visual artist and painter Chalermchai Kositpipat. He brings an unconventional approach to temple architecture, fusing elements from his own imagination (white, not gold, as a pure colour to embody the sacredness of temples) with orthodox Buddhist teachings about heaven, hell, karma and earthly sins.

Wat Si Khom Kham is a temple located in the centre of Mueang Phayao by Kwan Phayao. It is a 3rd class royal temple and selected model of a developed one. Local people call it “Wat Phrachao Ton Luang”, after the largest Buddha image in the Chiang Saen style of art in the Lanna Thai Kingdom.

Doi Phu Kha National Park is located in Nan Province along the Luang Prabang Range in North Thailand. The park is famous for its viewpoints along the main road through the park, it's cool weather, the campsites at higher elevations, number of trails and some impressive caves.
