The summer seaside palace often referred to as "the palace of love and hope is located midway between Cha-am and Hua Hin. It was built in 1923 under the royal command of King Rama VI using golden teakwood from the demolished Hat Chao Samran Palace.

Khao Sam Roi Yot means "The mountain with three hundred peaks" and refers to a series of limestone hills along the Gulf of Thailand with the highest one at 605 meters asl. The northwest corner of the mountain range is called Thung Sam Roi Yot and is mainly freshwater marsh covering nearly 37% of the national park which makes it the largest wetlands area in Thailand.

Phra Ram Ratchaniwet Palace is an extremely elegant building in typical early 20th-century European style. The Palace is located on the grounds of a Thai army camp in Petchaburi town, some two hours drive South West of Bangkok. The Wat Kamphaeng Laeng is a Khmer sanctuary located within the grounds of Wat activity south of Phetchaburi, It consists of four buildings entirely of laterite; each of the towers rests on a stepped base and has four openings. The whole is surrounded by an original surrounding wall. The main prang is Lopburi style; it was surrounded by four smaller towers. At a later period, a small oratory was added in front of the row of three towers. There are traces of the stucco decorations.

Phra Nakhon Khiri is a historical park in Phetchaburi, Thailand on a hill overlooking the city. The name Phra Nakhon Khiri means 'holy city hill', but locals know it better as Khao Wang, meaning 'hill with palace'. The park consists of three building groups on the three peaks of the 95 m hill. This border checkpoint is currently also being developed as a tourist attraction with new shops opening in the area by the road on the Thai side.
