The Manipur Zoological Gardens is located around 8 km from Imphal in Lamphelpat. This garden was established on 2nd October 1976, covering an area of around 8 hectares and is popular. It is described as the Jewel Box of the state, Manipur Zoological Garden is home to about four hundred common and rare species of animals and birds.

Singda dam is located about 20 kms from Imphal, the capital of Manipur. The drive to the dam is picturesque and is surrounded by paddy fields and lush green hills. It is a very popular hiking and picnicking spot. Located at an altitude of 920 mts above sea level, the dam is a multipurpose irrigation project overlooking a beautiful lake. October to May is the best time to visit Singda dam. This is the highest mud dam in the world.

This is an old palace at Imphal in Manipur (Kangleipak). It was situated on both sides (western and eastern) of the bank of the Imphal River. But now it remains only on the western side of the bank. Keibul Lamjao National Park is a national park in the Bishnupur district of the state of Manipur in India. It is 40 km2 (15.4 sq mi) in area, the only floating park in the world, located in North East India, and an integral part of Loktak Lake. The national park is characterized by many floating decomposed plant materials locally called phumdis. To preserve the natural refuge of the endangered Manipur Eld's deer or brow-antlered deer also called the dancing deer, listed as an endangered species
