The Chapel of the United States Air Force Academy is a religious building completed in 1962 in the area of cadets, north of Colorado Springs, in the area known as El Paso County area, Colorado, United States. With 46m high is placed on an area adjacent to the Court of Honor podium.The Cadet Chapel was awarded the American Institute of Architects' National Twenty-five Year Award in 1996 and, as part of the Cadet Area, was named a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 2004.

Rampart Reservoir is situated in Pike National Forest and can be found northwest of Colorado Springs. The reservoir is located on a granite plateau approximately 9,000 feet above sea level and consists of a body of water with a capacity of 13,000,000,000 US gallons. This water supplies the domestic drinking water for the city of Colorado Springs, and because of this fact, access to the area was briefly limited after the September 11 attacks on the United States.

The New Santa Fe Regional Trail connects the Tri-Lakes area and northern Colorado Springs following the historic, right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railroad. The trail is popular among hikers, cyclists, equestrians and families out for a stroll. Along the way you'll find interpretive signs, wildlife and interesting geological features, not to mention incredible views, in particular Pikes Peak. The trail passes through the town of Monument.

Garden of the Gods is a public park located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. It was designated a National Natural Landmark in 1971. The garden's red rock formations were created during a geological upheaval along a natural fault line millions of years ago. Archaeological evidence shows that prehistoric people visited Garden of the Gods about 1330 BC.The outstanding geologic features of the park, including Steamboat Rock, the Three Graces, and Balanced Rock.

Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site is a living history museum and farm, depicting life in the Pikes Peak region. Restored buildings and period-appropriate attired museum guides depict life in the Pikes Peak region in four time periods and in four different households: American Indian life in 1775; an 1860s cabin ; an 1880s farm; and a 1907 Edwardian Country Estate.

Cave of the Winds is one of America’s favorite show caves, located at the base of Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs. On top of cave tours, they offer a slew of mountain activities, including a via ferrata, zip line and Terror-Dactyl among their most known attractions.
