The statue of unity is a colossal statue of the Indian statesman and Independence activist Sardar Vallabhai Patel, Who was the first deputy prime minister and home minister of independent India. The project was first announced in 2010 and the construction of the statue started in October 2013 by Larsen & Toubro, who received the contract for ₹ 500 crores from Center Government. It was designed by Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar and was inaugurated in 31st october 2018.

Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area in the Gujarat state. it shares a common boundary with Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Seven rock-cut caves and monolithic lion pillars are present at Kadia Dungar, near Bharuch. The caves suggest that they were viharas. A Brick stupa was also found in the foothills. These caves were in use during 1st and 2nd century AD.

Having a catchment area of about 62,255 km2 and a water spread of about 52,000 hectares, its capacity is almost the same as that of the Bhakra Nangal Dam.
