Brouws Museum - 4 Things to Know Before Visiting

The Museum Goemanszorg is a museum in Dreister in a restored 18th century farmhouse. In the museum you can see a fully furnished farmhouse from around 1900 with a dignified, authentic cellar, a bestée , a kitchen and an opkaemer. A beautiful garden has been created around the museum with old agricultural crops, kruujen and 'oogstamfruit trees. The large barn is full of work for the cultivation of flax and madder.

The Plan Tureluur is a nature reserve on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It was constructed between 1991-2014 on the south coast of Schouwen-Duiveland. In order to create the nature reserve, agricultural land was returned to nature. The whole covers more than 1000 hectares and is part of the Oosterschelde National Park.
