Rewalsar Lake is a mid-altitude lake located on a mountain spur in the Mandi district. The lake is shaped like a square with the shoreline of about 735 m. It is held as a sacred spot .

The Victorian Suspension Bridge over the river Beas was built in 1877 A.D. It connects the Jawahar Nagar or Khaliar and Old or Purani Mandi areas to the main town. It was built at the cost of one lakh rupees or about $ 1700, during the regime of Raja Bijai Sen in 1877. He built the bridge with the help of the British Government which had granted protection to the state under a treaty after the Sikhs had invaded Mandi in 1840. This gurdara is dedicated to Guru Gobind Singh. The 10th Sikh guru. It is under his leadership that the Sikh community united and faught against the mugal ruler Aurangazeb.The Inner place is maintained by the Rulers family. The palace-fort, Sujanpur Tira is situated at a distance of 22kms from Hamirpur town and touches the Kangra border. The fort was built by Raja Abhay Chand of the Katoch dynasty of Kangra in 1758. For more than a century, Sujanpur Tira remained the royal residence for the Katoch dynasty. The fort in the early 19th century was also the residence of Raja Sansar Chand, who is reckoned to be the patron of Kangra School of miniature paintings.
