De Hamert is an estate and nature reserve in the municipality of Bergen in the Dutch province of Limburg. The more than 1000 ha estate with forest, heath and water is owned by the foundation Het Limburgs Landschap. De Hamert is part of De Maasduinen National Park. The area is crisscrossed with walking routes and popular with bird watchers.

The current castle is in good condition, since it is part of the Castle Gardens of Arcen. Virtually nothing is left of the fortress that preceded the present castle. The remains of it are located west of the current castle, a little north of the Wymarse Molen, a restored water mill that can be visited, except in the winter months.
