De Fluessen is a lake in the municipalities of Súdwest-Fryslân and De Friese Meren , in the Dutch province of Friesland. It is the second largest lake in Friesland after the Tjeukemeer and is located northeast of De Holken . The lake changes into the Heegermeer in the northeast.
