Don't go with so much expectations seeing the name as a bird sanctuary. This is a small woodland in the city centre that you can probably explore in 30 minutes. 

There is a short trail for walking, a viewing deck that you can climb to scan the area and a tree full of bats! That's pretty much I can remember of.
