Saraswathi Mahal Library or Tanjore Maharaja Serfoji's Saraswathi Mahal Library is located in Thanjavur (Tanjore), Tamil Nadu, India. It is one of the oldest libraries in Asia, and has on display a rare collection of Palm leaf manuscripts and paper written in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, English and a few other languages indigenous to India.

Manora Fort principally adopts its name “Manora”, from the corresponding English word “Minaret”. From the nearest shore, the hexagonal tower, which is built within the fort, is an 8-storied building, which is about 23-meters tall, looking over the majestic Bay of Bengal.
The dam is built at the location where the Kaveri River leaves its tributary, named River Kollidam. The length of Mokkombu is 685 meters, and its layout was planned by Sir Arthur Cotton. Mukkombu is a beautiful picnic spot in the region. It is also called as the upper dam.
