About Rocca del Leone
The Rocca del Leone, or medieval fortress, is an interesting irregular pentagonal structure, dominated by a triangular tower 39 meters high; at the corners, four towers fortify the crenelated walls. The fort is located in Castiglione del Lago, in Umbria, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno.
