The Slizza is a torrent that flows in Italy and Austria. It was born near Sella Nevea and after having crossed the Rio del Lago valley it reaches Tarvisio and swells as it receives some tributaries. It then receives the Rio di Fusine near the hamlet of Coccau and at Thörl enters Austria, where it bathes Arnoldstein and then flows into the Gail which, in turn, flows into the Drava , which flows into the Danube.
