Shibuya109 is one of Tokyo's iconic building, standing right across the famous Shibuya crossing. I happened to be their around the Halloween season and I was shocked to see such vigour in the celebration given its western festival. All the costume wearing folks in the picture were posing for the people who were standing behind a barricade and they were let through into the mall amongst the shoppers who were their for the halloween sales.
