Le Pal

Le Pal Park covers 35 hectares and includes an amusement park and animal area. Located in the municipality area of Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre, in the Allier, France. Created in 1973, the site became a theme park in 1981. It offers more than 25 attractions and more than 600 animals in semi-captivity, among several animal shows. It has around 500 animals from five continents. It also offers animals shows featuring sea lions and other birds.

Parc de la Tête d'Or

The largest and most popular of all the parks in Lyon is the Parc de la Tête d’Or which was Inaugurated in 1857this urban park inspired by English landscape gardens covers 105 hectares of land. Its 17-hectare lake was created from a branch of the Rhône. In the central part of the park, there is a small zoo, with giraffes, elephants, deer, reptiles, primates, and other animals. There are also sports facilities, such as a velodrome, boules court, mini-golf, horse riding, and a miniature train.
