2 Botanical Gardens to Explore in Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens is the oldest park in the territory. Built-in 1860. Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens provides a natural environment and atmosphere in the Central District. It is bigger than Hong Kong Park and contains more plants, birds, and facilities.

Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden were originally set up to aid poor farmers in the New Territories in Hong Kong. It later shifted its focus to promote biodiversity conservation in Hong Kong and south China, and greater environmental awareness. Now it is managed to integrate nature conservation, including a rescue and rehabilitation program for native animals.
