Gauri Shankar Mandir
Hindu Temples
Located on the banks of river Khahra. This 450-year-old Gauri Shankar temple is dedicated to the god Shiva and his consort Parvathi. It is a major pilgrimage site for the Hindu community. This temple has two huge entry gates which were constructed in the 18th century.
This is a 400-year-old gurudwara in the Pakrdiya locality of the city. It is said that Guru Govind Singhji took rest here on the way to Nanakmatta. He established a gurudwara here on the name of the 6th guru Sri Har Govind ji and named it Chattvi Padshahi Gurudwara. In 1983, one of the famous social servants in area Sri Baba Faoj Singh reconstructed this beautiful shrine.

Pilibhit Tiger Reserve is located in Pilibhit district, Lakhimpur Kheri District and Bahraich District of Uttar Pradesh state in India. It lies along the India-Nepal border in the foothills of the Himalayas and the plains of the ‘terai’ in Uttar Pradesh. It is one of India's 50 Project Tiger Tiger reserves. Pilibhit is one of the few well forested districts in Uttar Pradesh.
