Capitol Complex Tourist Centre

A government compound designed by the architect Le Corbusier and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It comprises three buildings, three monuments and a lake, including the Palace of Assembly or Legislative Assembly, Secretariat, High Court, Open Hand Monument, Geometric Hill and Tower of Shadows.

Fine Arts Mueseum

The Museum of Fine Arts houses the early works of almost all of the major artists of modern India. The collection was created through the initiative of the art historian BN Goswamy. Originally the building was supposed to house the rich collection of archaeological artefacts that had been discovered by the department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology.

Government Museum and Art Gallery

Museum explaining the story of Chandigarh’s creation. The museum displays original letters and correspondence between administrators and the architects who created Chandigarh’s blueprint.

Le Corbusier Center

Once the workplace of the architect Le Corbusier. The Swiss-French architect used the office while conceptualizing the city almost six decades ago.
