Zürich Tram Museum
Museums
The Zurich Tram Museum offers a great rainy day activity for kids. The museum is essentially a large garage bay that holds several historical models of Zurich’s trams. As soon as you enter the museum, your child is given a ticket that they can validate in a machine. Then you can make your rounds getting in and looking at all the old Zurich trams.

The Rathaus was built from 1694-1698. It served as the seat of government and administration of the Republic of Zurich until 1798. The canton of Zurich owns it since 1803, and it houses both legislative chambers, the cantonal parliament as well as the City Parliament. It was one of the iconic buildings in this area and has so much historical significance.
Zürichberg
Mountain Peaks
The Zürichberg is a wooded hill rising to 679 m, overlooking Lake Zürich and located immediately to the east of the city of Zürich, Switzerland, between the valleys of the Limmat and the Glatt rivers. Its highest point is about 270 meters above the Limmat and it is part of a chain of hills, such as Käferberg, Adlisberg, Forch, and Pfannenstiel, between the Greifensee/Glattal and Lake Zürich.
