Kondaveedu Fort is a historically significant ancient hill fortress located in Kondaveedu . After the capture of Prataparudra by Tughlaq in 1323 AD, his subordinate Prolaya Vema Reddy became independent and shifted his capital from Addanki to Kondaveedu.
