Deeg fort is the architectural wonder of Bharatpur district. The central tower of the fort is positioned at an elevated height with a shallow canal surrounding it. An 8 km huge wall surrounds the fort.

This palace is 32 km from Bharatpur. The palace was in active use till the early 1970s.

This is a famous avifauna sanctuary that hosts thousands of birds, especially during the winter season. Over 230 species of birds are known to be resident. It is also a major tourist center with scores of ornithologists arriving here in the hibernal season.
