Pere Marquette State Park

Pere Marquette State Park is widely known for its many activities. Visitors of the park can enjoy camping, boating, fishing, and hunting; as well as exploring recreational trails located within the park for biking, horseback riding and hiking. For birdwatchers, Pere Marquette offers more than 100 species that frequent the area. This 8,050-acre park also houses a museum which includes images and artifacts about local WWII soldiers from Jersey county.
