The Leitrim Way is a 27 km long-distance trail between Leitrim village, County Leitrim and Dowra, County Cavan. It joins the Cavan Way at Dowra, continuing the Beara-Breifne Way, a walking and cycling route between the Beara Peninsula, County Cork and Blacklion, County Cavan, following the line of Donal Cam O'Sullivan Beare’s march of 1602.

Mullaghmore Head in County Sligo is a very special place and a deserving Signature Wild Atlantic Way Discovery Point. The village of Mullaghmore is a charming fishing village with a working harbour and a beautiful sandy beach with great views of Benbulben. It is a holiday destination with a skyline dominated by Ben Bulben mountain. It is in the barony of Carbury and parish of Ahamlish.

Mullet Peninsula is located in northwest part of County Mayo. It consists of a large promontory connected to the mainland at Belmullet, a town of about 1,000 inhabitants, by a narrow isthmus. There are several villages on the Mullet peninsula including Aughleam, Elly, Corclough and Binghamstown. The Peninsula is about 33 km long and ranges from 200m-12 km wide.

Poll na bPéist is the name of a rectangular, natural water basin with an edge length of approx. 10 by 25 meters within a stone formation on the coast of Inis Mór, the largest of the Aran Islands . It is connected to the waters of the Atlantic through an underground canal. It was created by the erosion of deeper layers of limestone along straight broken edges.

Rathbaun Farm is situated in a rural area of Southwest County Galway in Ardrahan. The Burke and Connolly family have been farming the 80 acres of land for over 200 years and Fintan Connolly continues this tradition today. Visitors to Rathbaun Farm will be enchanted by its 250 year old thatched cottage, turf fire and original stonewalls. Everyone is invited to hand feed the new lambs which are in plentiful supply between March and November.

The Sky Road in Clifden is one of the most picturesque areas in the Connemara region. The circular route is 16km long and takes you out west from Clifden, onto the Kingstown peninsula, and back into Clifden via the N59. The peninsula is also a part of the Wild Atlantic Way driving route. The upper path gradually rises and at the highest point you reach a vantage car park. The view from up here over Clifden Bay and the offshore islands in the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking.

Slievemore is the largest and most recently abandoned of several 'booley' settlements on Achill Island. The stone cottages stand in an idyllic and beautiful setting at the base of the highest peak in Achill. The village was one of the longest running booley villages - which meant that while it’s certain that some lived in the cottages all year, the village truly thrived in the summer months.

The Sligo Way is a long-distance trail mainly in County Sligo, Ireland. It is 78 kilometres long and begins in Larrigan, near Lough Talt and ends in Dromahair, County Leitrim. It is typically completed in three days.It is designated as a National Waymarked Trail by the National Trails Office of the Irish Sports Council and is managed by Sligo County Council, Sligo Integrated Development Company and the Sligo Walks Partnership.

Woodville Farm is a family run working farm just outside Sligo Town. It takes you through mature woodland, green fields, and historic farm buildings where a variety of farm animals, live in natural surroundings. They have over 200 sheep, 35 suckler cows as well as 600 commercial free range hens and so more.
