Cinque Torri is a small resort mountain in the Italian region of the Veneto. It has an elevation of 2,361 meters above sea level. It is part of the Nuvolau group, 1 in the interior of the Ampezzo Dolomites, northwest of San Vito di Cadore and southwest of Cortina d'Ampezzo. In summer it is possible to make excursions through the forests and on prepared trails. This area was the scene of fierce fighting between Italian and Austro-Hungarian troops during the Great War.
The Dolomiti Superski is the largest ski area in Italy, born in 1974 and spread over an area of about 3,000 km² in the Triveneto, including most of the winter ski slopes of the Dolomites, for a total of 1,246 km of slopes divided into 12 different ski areas. Of these 500 km are connected "skis on feet". It offers 450 ski lifts and 1,246 kilometers of slopes, about half of which are directly connected to each other, and all of which can be used with a single ski pass.

Sella Ronda is the most recognized ski route of the Dolomites. It is a loop that runs either clockwise or counterclockwise around the massif of the Sella mountain range. This route can easily be accomplished in one day. In winter it is possible to ski around the entire massif by using the Sellaronda ski lift carousel. The well-connected lifts and superbly prepared pistes will allow you uninterrupted skiing on almost 30 kms of ski runs in one single day.
