The Ducal Palace of Urbino is one of the most interesting architectural and artistic examples of the entire Italian Renaissance and is home to the National Gallery of the Marche. The building, owned by the Italian State, is located in the center of the historic village of Urbino, flanked by other monuments such as the cathedral and the Sanzio Theater. It is one of the most visited monuments in the region and is the site of museums, musical and artistic events.

Palazzo Pianetti is an ancient noble palace in the city of Jesi, in the Marche region. Today it is the seat of the Civic Art Gallery. It was the ancient city residence of the Marquises Pianetti, a noble and prestigious family aggregated to the Jesina aristocracy since 1659. It represents the most significant of the buildings that belonged to the rich local noble families and the only example in Italy of the Rococo style of Central European influence.
