2 Art Centres to Explore in Trøndelag

tiklestad National Cultural Center, abbreviated SNK, is a museum at Stiklestad in Verdal in Nord-Trøndelag. It is a national hub institution with special responsibility for disseminating knowledge about Olav the Holy, the Battle of Stiklestad, and the part of Norwegian history that is linked to the events at the site.

Trondheim Art Museum shows both exhibitions from our extensive collection of Norwegian and international art and contemporary art exhibitions. We have two viewing locations: TKM Bispegata and TKM Gråmølna. TKM Bispegata is the museum's main arena and is located by Nidaros Cathedral. In TKM Gråmølna in Trenerys gate by Nedre Elvehavn, you will find works from Kunstgaven Håkon Bleken and other exhibitions.
