One of the most visited tourist spots in NEgros Oriental is the twin lakes of Sibulan. it is composed of two small but deep freshwater lakes called Lake Bilassanayo and Lake Danao. It was now one of the great attractions in this area and there are so many activities in and around the lake.
Balanan Lake is a natural body of water that resulted from a 1925 6.8 magnitude earthquake which caused a landslide of the Sandlot Mountains and damaged Balanan and Nasig-id ridges but formed this amazing tourist attraction in Negros Oriental. It is very beautiful to see and is now one of a tourist attraction by its natural beauty.
