The trail hiking 10 or GR 10 is a great hiking trail French crossing the chain Pyrenees, connecting the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean. From west to east, it begins by climbing the hillsides of the Basque Country from Hendaye on the Atlantic Ocean, on the Basque Coast, then joins the Mediterranean Sea at Banyuls-Sur-Mer on the Côte Vermeille, a 916 km route.

The Cirque de Gavarnie is one of nature’s most unique and spectacular creations. Located in the department of Hautes-Pyrénées in the Pyrénées National Park, it forms France’s southern border with Spain. This cirque is described as a rocky cliff face or wall that forms a curved amphitheater. The cirque is 800 m wide and about 3,000 m wide at the top. The rock walls that surround it are up to 1,500 metres above the floor of the Cirque.

A deep canyon carved by the clear water of the river, the Gorges du Gardon reveal all the beauty of the Mediterranean landscapes, from cliffs to garrigues and sheltered forests. The Roman aqueduct Pont du Gard and the 16th-century Pont Saint-Nicolas are two historic bridges that cross the Gardon. The Gorges de Galamus is a narrow passage between the French departments of Aude. They were dug by the Agly in the northern link of the Fenouillèdes syncline. The Agly that flows at the bottom of the gorges is a small river that comes from Pech de Bugarach and has dug this several tens of meters deep depression in the stone. The best way to explore the course of the Gorges de Galamus on foot or to take a circular route that gives impressive views of the gorges and their surroundings.

The Roland Breccia is a natural gap, 40 meters wide and approximately 70 meters deep , opening into the cliffs located around the circumference of the Cirque de Gavarnie , in the Hautes-Pyrénées . Located at an altitude of 2,807 meters, it plays the role of a mountain pass which marks the border between Spain and France over its entire width.

Régional Nature Park of the Camargue is a designated protected area along the shoreline of the Camargue. The park protects a wetland environment and an adjacent marine area. The boundaries of the park have been expanded to include a lagoon called the Étang de Vaccarès. The Camargue is also the site of a national nature reserve and has been designated by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve.

A majestic mountain which was located in the French Pyrenees. It also has an observatory on this mountain. The Pic du Midi invites you to a night overflowing with the emotion of discovery. Sunset and sunrise. To get to the summit, you can either take the cable car leaving from La Mongie or walk up a footpath. As well as the superb 360° view, there's a museum dedicated to astronomy and the history of the Pic du Midi.

Pont d'Espagne is a stone-built bridge that spans the Gave de Marcadau at the point where it meets the Gave de Gaube. It is a natural tourist site in the Pyrenees at an altitude of around 1,500 m in the town of Cauterets in the Hautes-Pyrénées department. It is a protected area of ​​the Pyrenees forming part of the Pyrenees National Park. There is also a cross-country ski area that is part of the Cauterets winter sports resort.
