Orange County

Named for the fruit that constituted the county's main commodity crop. At its peak in the early 1970s, some 80,000 acres (320 km2) were planted in citrus in Orange County. The dark-green foliage of orange trees filled the county, as did the scent of the orange blossoms when in bloom. Fewer commercial orange groves remained by the end of the twentieth century.

Harry P Leu Gardens

Nearly 50 acres (200,000 m2) of landscaped grounds and lakes, with meandering trails shaded by 200-year-old oaks and forests of camellias. A 15-acre (61,000 m2) section of the park is a U.S. historic district.

Kali River Rapids

Lake Eola Park

A public park surrounded by four streets. Lake Eola is the main feature of the park. Also located in the park (on the west side) is the Walt Disney Amphitheater, which hosts many community events and various performances year-round. On the east side of the park is a Chinese pagoda, and a playground.

Lake Eola Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the area. With spectacular views and lush greenery surrounded by Lake Eola, visitors can enjoy a peaceful stroll around the lake or take part in a variety of activities such as paddle-boating and jogging. Visitors can also check out a variety of nearby attractions like the swan boat rides, Fountain of Youth Playground, amphitheatre, Sunday Farmers Market and events like free concerts and movie nights.
